Open bar
An all-inclusive service at a price per person for a set number of hours, with nothing left for you to worry about.
Ideal for weddings and celebrations where you want everything covered and the bar off your mind.

Prepaid drinks package
We agree a number of drinks included per guest at a fixed price, with the option of extra drinks paid directly at the bar.
Ideal if you want to keep the budget under control from the start without closing the bar halfway through the party.

Pay-as-you-go bar
We set up the bar and serve your guests directly, just like any other cocktail bar.
Ideal for events run by companies, hotels, camps or clubs, where each guest pays for their own drinks.

A project born in Fuerteventura out of a passion for good drinks
A small team, with real craft, inspired by the essence of the island.
More than 15 years behind the bar
InFlow is run by Francesco and Luca, two hospitality professionals with international experience in cocktail bars, hotels and event management. Francesco has been based in Fuerteventura for years, and it is that bond with the island that drives us to share its flavours and the people who make them.
Behind every event there are people who have worked many bars before yours: you notice it in a service that flows, in drinks that arrive when they should, and in knowing the bar is in good hands throughout the event.

Hand-built to work like a proper bar
The Bar Station was designed and built by the team itself, using specialist carpentry and plumbing techniques. It is equipped like the counter of a real cocktail bar — running water, ice, glassware and every bottle within reach — so the service holds the same standard wherever it is set up.

Everything you need to know before booking
How much does InFlow cost?
It depends on the format you choose, the number of guests, how long the service runs and the drinks list. That is why we do not work with fixed rates: we put together a tailor-made quote, free and with no obligation, itemised so you know exactly what you are booking.
Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?
Not at all. You tell us about your event, we send you a proposal and you decide in your own time. There is no commitment until you confirm the booking.
How many guests can the InFlow bar serve?
The bar works for small, intimate gatherings as well as larger celebrations; we scale the team and the amount of stock to the number of guests.
What does the service include?
It includes the portable bar, the professional bartender, the glassware and fresh ingredients. Other drinks such as water, soft drinks, beer and wine can also be handled as part of the same service.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend getting in touch several weeks ahead, especially in high season, so we can tailor the drinks list and the format to your event.
Does InFlow work outside Fuerteventura?
We operate mainly in Fuerteventura and also in Lanzarote, with the option of travelling to the other Canary Islands (additional travel charges apply in that case).
What does InFlow need in order to set up the bar?
The one essential requirement for the bar to be operational is a running water connection, ideally with a standard garden hose.
