At InFlow Bar Catering we process your data for one purpose only: to get back to you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form on this website we collect only the data you provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Event date and approximate number of guests (optional fields)
- Any information you choose to include in your message
If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we will likewise process the data you provide in that communication.
3. What we use it for
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare the quote you requested and keep in touch as needed to organise the event. We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing, nor do we build profiles from it.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form or contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and on the pre-contractual measures requested by you, such as preparing a quote (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if the event goes ahead, for the periods required by tax and accounting legislation. If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we delete your data once it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to.
6. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. The only parties who may access it, as data processors, are the technology providers that make this website and our communications possible:
- Netlify — website hosting and handling of contact form submissions.
- Cloudflare — domain registration, DNS service and forwarding of mail sent to our contact address.
- Google — email service used to read and answer your enquiry.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us that way.
These providers act on our instructions and under the safeguards required by law. Some are located outside the European Economic Area, in which case international data transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another valid mechanism.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given. To do so, write to info@inflowbarcatering.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
9. Cookies
This website does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling purposes. Nor does it use visitor tracking tools. Should any be introduced in the future, we will inform you accordingly and request your prior consent through the appropriate consent management system.
The site's typefaces are loaded from an external service (Google Fonts), which involves a connection to their servers in which your IP address is processed in order to serve the content.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in how the site operates. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
